Important details for Envelope Calligraphy

Timeline - if you are unsure, I am happy to discuss and plan this timeframe with you!

Please consider the following time-related factors:
-date you would like these to be mailed out to your guests
-time frame for your envelopes to get to me & time it takes for them to be returned to you (especially important if shipping is involved)
-my current turn-around time is 75 envelopes in two weeks

Return addressing & stamping

-Return addressing is not included with these services; return addresses will need to be printed or stamped.
-Stamps are not provided by me.

Format for sending addresses (please read carefully!)

-Please send addresses on Word document or excel with names & addresses grouped together, and send exactly as you would like them addressed.

-I will address each envelope exactly as indicated on the document sent to me. For example, if you would like “and” written out, please write as listed above. If you would prefer and ampersand, please write our as “&”.
-If you would like to discuss formalities/etiquette, I am happy to assist; this is definitely not a requirement!!

Additional Envelopes

Please include 15-20% additional envelopes, due to human error. I will do my best to limit mistakes; however, I am unable to avoid them! :)

Confirming Booking

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking slot on my schedule. Payment must be made in full prior to receipt of your order.

Rush Jobs

Due to limited scheduling, rush jobs are taken only by availability and are limited to a small number of addressing requests.
